Everyone,

Wanted to thank y'all for a great service this past week. Everything looks and sounds great. You all rock. Wanted to thank everyone again for there hard work as we finish up the year on a high note.

Wanted to remind everyone about our Christmas program, Dec. 21st that's a Wednesday :0) Also, remind everyone of the last 2 Sunday's of the year. Well, kind of, better yet wanted to remind everyone of the Last Sunday of the year and the first Sunday of the new year :0)

We will be having Christmas Day service on Sunday 25th & New Year's Day service on Sunday January 1st. HOW FUN.

Well, Sunday 25th is Blue Sunday & Jan 1st is Red Sunday. I'm going to keep these days as is. So, Red/Blue Team, we're all set for those two dates. PLEASE CALL EMAIL TXT OR SEND SMOKE SIGNALS, SHOULD YOU NOT NOT NOT, BE AT THESE SERVICES.

I will be contacting a few team members for Our Christmas Program coming up not this Wednesday but the following Wednesday night Dec. 21st.

Hope everyone is doing great. First of all great shout out to Trina. I've leaning on her heavily on Wednesday nights and she has done a great job. I'm also thankful to Ronnie Coleman and Rudy Herrera. You guys have been a great help. Thank you. Shout out to Daniel. These team members and others have covered Wed. night service, especially over the past few weeks that I've been out of pocket during the week. Thank you all. I really appreciate your help. You guys rock.

Blue Team. Guess what, y'all are up this week and next week. Please show up in the media room for our prayer at 8:30 AM. If you're running presentation. Please show up at 8:15 to go over set up for presentation.

Wanted to thank everyone for a great job. You all rock. Blue Team, wonderful job this past weekend. Thanks guys. Red Team. This is your weekend coming up. Remember, it's actually 5th Sunday, so you guys are up as well as the following weekend. :0) YAY

Also, we have a couple of items coming up. One we have a meeting in about a month. Not sure if we're going to have it August 25th or August 24th. I'll update you on that one. But def. it's going to be the fourth week in August.

Also, there's a couple of new ways that we will be communicating with you all. I'm thinking either facebook, which almost everyone has one and/or a new tool that DFCC will be implementing in the next few weeks, called, The Table. I'll update you on that too.

Lastly, until we get our polos, we need to address our uniform. We will be using kakis & a black top. Polo or button down shirt or blouse. Well, looking forward to seeing everyone bright eyed and bushy tailed, Sunday at 8:30 AM.

We have now been on Pro Presenter 4 for a few weeks now. For sure 2 Sundays or so. It's been relatively smooth, but still learning how the program will interact with our services. So far so good. All presentation team members are so far enjoying the upgrade. Lots of fun stuff that we can now do with this new system. As soon as we have the computer/presentation side down, we'll begin introducing new features to our services.

Hope everyone is doing great today. Wanted to thank Blue Team for their hard work this weekend. Appreciate all you all do. Reminder that Red Team is up this coming weekend. YAY. Wanted to thank everyone for showing up to their presentation training. Exciting news that we have fully trained on ProPresenter 4 and are ready for working it on Sunday. I still found a couple of glitches with it, however, looked into it and just need to reconfigure the way it's laid out. We should be fine. We've used it Wednesday night, but not Sunday morning. However, this Sunday we WILL be using Pro Presenter 4. :0)

Reminder to all camera team members. We will have training this Thursday, June 30th beginning at 7:30 PM. We will be training on nomenclature (terms we use - briefly), camera set up and angles shots to be captured. We rarely have training and need ALL camera team members to attend.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there this Thursday.

Remember that all team members working presentation, we are having a training on the upgrade to Pro Presenter that's currently used in the sanctuary.

VERY IMPORTANT THAT ALL PRESENTATION TEAM MEMBERS ARE PRESENT

7:30 to 8:30 Would have done it earlier, but everyone normally shows up at 7:30. AGAIN, VERY VERY IMPORTANT We will be switching to Pro Presenter 4 in two Sundays and everyone needs to fluent in the new system. Looking forward to seeing everyone there.

AGAIN, TUESDAY, JUNE 21ST AT 7:30 PM. PRESENTATION UPGRADE TRAINING.

Lastly, Thursday, June 30 all Camera Team Members will be having training as well. New Team Members will be joining us and we need to pull from you expertise.

Well, that said, I wanted to schedule a training for 6.21.11. I'm tentatively scheduling all presentation team members a training from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Here, we will be training new team members and current team members as well.

Likewise, camera crew, you'll have a training on 6.30.11 from 6:30 to 8:00. Again, this training will be for current & new team members. I'm looking forward to this next training and trust that by mandatory, I'll see everyone :0)

I know, mandatory, volunteer meeting. oxymoron. I get you, I know, but we need this. I hope you all agree.

Hope you all are having an excellent week. Everything turned out great this weekend. I want to thank all those who stepped out and volunteered for the Friday & Saturday events. Blue Team, thanks for you hard work this past weekend as well. You all rock.

Red Team you all are up this coming Sunday. So heads up. I got grief this past Sunday for bringing too many Chocolate Glazed donuts. However, I noticed that all the Chocolate Glazed donuts were gone. hmmmmmm. well, to bad, next time, i'm bring more chocolate glazed. ;0)

Lastly, we will be moving around presentation team members. We will be short in that particular area for a bit. So, wednesday night team members will be bumped up to Sundays. We'll be filling in Wednesday night as more members join.

Alright team have a great week, college kids, enjoy your time off soon and good luck with finals.

Hope everyone is doing great. Wanted to thank everyone for your help on Sunday. We were short a couple of team members, but none the less everyone else pitched in to fill the void. Thanks guys.

Red Team, great job. Blue Team, you all are up next week. Also remember, that it's mother's day and we will have special things dropped on us later in the week. So keep an eye out for my emails, should things change.

As of right today, we will be recording this Friday night as a regular Sunday service. Meaning, two cameras, one presenter, as well as cd/ duplication in the media room. I'll be forwarding additional details to those that will be working Friday Night.

Saturday morning, we will be covering the women's brunch. We will only be capturing video, we will not be running audio or lighting, to my knowledge. Will also forward additional info to those working this Saturday's event.

Hope You all are doing great. Wanted to thank Red Team for rocking it this weekend. Blue Team you all are up this coming Sunday. Looking forward to another great broadcast.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:

Have you guys ever gone to a public wash room, say Targé or Sears? Ever seen that list behind the door that says, time and initials of someone checking in on the bathroom? Well, if you haven't make a trip to Targé and have a look.

I'm hoping to draw up a similar "wash room" list (I'll come up with a name later) for the Media Team. You know, sometimes I take for granted that things just happen. It's not until one of our own is out for some needed rest (Elmore - You Rock), that we see how much this team member is valuable to us. Elmore just makes things happen on time, all the time, and does it very well.

So, as you all know, I'm forgetful, if it's not written down, I'll forget it. Sorry. But I confess it right, that's 50% of the issue. Ok, well the other 50% is to write it (proclaim it), so, we have tentatively called it, "The Wash Room List" that name might just stick.

A list that ALL of us, will pass by and see and make sure that "we're up on our times and duties" ALLRIGHT. I can here the excitement all the way over here.

Yay, March is here. :0) Feb is kinda slow for me. Don't know why, once March sets in, it's like spring is here and the cold is over. Anyways, ...

Alright Blue Team. You all rocked it this past week. You guys did an awesome job. Have a major meeting today with the powers that be and finalizing all the toys, errr, gear that we will be getting soon :D Stoked.

Red Team, you all are on this coming week. Remember, more updates coming soon. Lastly, wanted to thank all those who attended the Holy Ghost & baptism class for member orientation. You know, I recommend it. At first I was like "Do I have To". But after hearing Pastor Jones teach on it, you know, it was refreshing. Which is what we def. need. A refreshing. Guys, do sign up. The next one is next week or the following week. It is mandatory, and I really do recommend it.

You'll walk away knowing more and more empowered. Even though we carry the power within, it's nice for someone else to confirm it and those around you as well.

Everyone,

Hope you all are doing great. Wanted to touch base with everyone. First of all thanks to everyone who participated in our meeting this past Thursday. We got quite a bit of information to you all. I trust you all are as excited concerning our live production move as we are.. YAY.

I look forward to seeing everyone at the Holy Spirit class tomorrow night beginning at 7:00 PM. As per our meeting last Thursday, it's important to take care of ourselves first. That said, 7:00 PM sharp in the portables. looking forward to seeing the media team there tomorrow night.

Red Team, you all are on this coming Sunday. See you all there. Blue Team, thanks for your service this past Sunday. You all rock.

Had some difficulty this past Sunday with audio. Not so much the quality, but how it was recorded to our camera and cd system. Had quite a bit to edit and correct before broadcast was actually completed. These are a few growing pains as we transition to our new production system. I truly am looking forward to it and am willing to bear this small bumps on the way to a greater Destiny. ;0)

Everyone,

Hope you all are doing great. Wanted to touch base and keep you up to date. Ok, well, thank God the cold spell is over. :0) It was so cold last week. As you know, this is why we postponed last weeks mandatory meeting. We moved it to this coming Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011 at 6:30 PM. Again, this is a mandatory meeting and am anxious to see everyone there. We will be covering some very important info on how we will be moving from a post production atmosphere to a live production atmosphere.

Very cool, everyone is def. going to enjoy the transition and have more fun with it. That said, remember to make room in your schedule this week for a 1 hour mandatory meeting this Thursday starting at 6:30 PM at the church sanctuary. See you there.

Red Team, thanks for your hard work last week. Next 5th Sunday is Blue Team. I believe it's in May, so look at for May Blue Team. None the less Blue Team you all are on this coming Sunday. Looking forward to seeing everyone, bright eyed an bushy tailed.

Hope you all are doing great. Thanks RED Team for the great help this past week during our first 5th Sunday of the year. Blue Team. Remember you all are on next 5th Sunday, however, Red Team, of course, as you know, you all are on this coming Sunday, 1st Sunday of February :0) YAY.....

As you all know, we have a mandatory meeting scheduled for this coming Thursday. However, take a look at the image below:

Man, it's going to be old this coming Thursday night. It might even be snowing, icy, etc... And of course if we get snow flurries, then the whole city has to shut down. RIGHT. Well, i'm preempting the snow and postponing this mandatory meeting for next Thursday, Feb. 10th, at 6:30 PM.

For those that have already confirmed. Thanks. Please mark your calendars for this mandatory meeting next week. For those that haven't please mark your calendar and make plans to be there. Again, very cool stuff happening that you all need to be there.

Good morning. Hope you all are doing great. Blessings for the year and def. this up coming week :0) It's been a while since my last posting. However, I want to continue informing you of up coming events training and the constant reminders of who's up this week and such.

Ok, Blue Team, you all are up this coming weekend. YAY go blue, and I've been told that we will see a familiar face this Sunday, helping out. I'm sure everyone will be pleased to see this team member :0)
